Intermediate Aerial and Trapeze Yoga Workshop.
This workshop is designed for people that have previously done Trapeze Yoga & Aerial Yoga , and are competent with inversions.
This is not for a complete beginner.
This is a workshop that will challenge you and take your aerial skills to the next level, learning flips, tricks and stretching techniques that normally wouldn’t be covered in a class.
We will end this workshop with an amazing Cocoon Nidra Meditation.
Followed by tea/coffee and cake.
