By paying the non-refundable deposit, when booking a place on our Retreats you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions, including the details of the Retreat which are set out on our webpages for the relevant Retreat at www.yogawithzoe.com and www.zenspaceyoga.co.uk
Please Note: Airfare, tips, transfers, travel insurance, inoculations, alcohol and additional activities is not included. Unless specified in the retreat details.

THE CONTRACT
This contract is made on the terms of these Booking Conditions, which are governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
YOUR CONTRACT IS WITH ‘Yoga with Zoe’ and 'Zenspace Yoga.'
All the retreats advertised or promoted are sold subject to the following conditions.
Your booking is considered definite and a contract will exist between you and Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga only when the non-refundable deposit has been received (or, in the case of bookings made less than 30 days when full payment is required at time of booking) and a confirmation email is sent to you. No contract will exist prior to our issuing the confirmation email. If the balance of the price of your retreat is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your retreat, and retain your deposit and any other money paid.
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by bank transfer or via PayPal. If deposit has been made, final balances are due 90 days before the retreat date. If final payments are not received before 90 days of the retreat Yoga With Zoe and Zenspace Yoga reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations to take your space. Please let us know if you can’t pay on time.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
You (or any member of your party) may cancel your holiday at any time if the person who made the booking and communicated makes the cancellation to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga. As cancellation incurs administrative cost we will retain your non-refundable deposit and any other bank/transfer or PayPal charges. If cancellation takes place more than 90 days prior to the date of the retreat any payment made will be refunded minus your deposit and any bank/transfer or PayPal charges. If cancellation takes place between 45-90 days prior to the date of the retreat, 50% of the retreat price will be kept. If cancellation takes place less than 45 days prior to the date of the retreat 100% of the retreat price will be kept.
If you fail to pay your deposit or balance by the due dates, then your holiday will be automatically cancelled, and no funds will be returned. We will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by you for a retreat cancelled for any reason.
Once your retreat has commenced, there will be no refund or part refund of your retreat in the event of cancellation by you.
NB: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges.
INSURANCE & HEALTH
IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR TRIP.
Please check with your own doctor that you are adequately fit and that any medication you may be taking does not prevent you from full participation. All our teachers have suitable insurance to cover them for the yoga classes / workshops they lead.
AMENDMENTS BY YOU
If, after your deposit payment has been credited to our account, you wish to change any part of your retreat arrangements, we will do our utmost to make the changes, if notification is received in writing by email to zoelee@yogawithzoe.com and https://zenspaceyoga.co.uk/zenspace-contact/ from the person who made the booking, at least 30 days prior retreat date.
AMENDMENTS BY US
It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your retreat, as we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. However, occasionally changes may have to be made (e.g. to itineraries, accommodation, yoga teacher or other ‘Yoga with Zoe’ and 'Zenspace Yoga" representative or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time. Changes are normally minor, and we will advise you as soon as possible. If your accommodation should be changed, we will do our up-most to provide accommodation of a similar rating. Compensation will not be paid if forced to cancel or in any way change your retreat due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control such as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics and pandemics, fire, adverse weather conditions (including snow and volcanic ash), technical or maintenance problems with transport, or other circumstances which amount to force majeure.
PLEASE NOTE that we may need a minimum of people to run a retreat. DO NOT book your flight until confirmation has been sent out to you by email.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your retreat, in which case we will offer a refund in full all monies paid.
LIABILITY
Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga Retreats cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal valuables whist on the retreat. Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga Retreats or its teachers assume no liability in respect of personal injury, loss, damage or third-party claims that a person may incur from participating in any of the classes run by Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga Retreats, unless it can be proven that such injury, loss, damage or claims were the result of negligence. All participants participate at their own risk and are covered by their own insurance to cover any such injury, loss or damage. All participants agree to declare any medical condition and their suitability to participate that may affect their own or others safety whilst participating and accept that Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga Retreats do not accept any responsibility for conditions or other factor affecting their suitability to participate that is not disclosed.
Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga Retreats staff are trained and appropriately qualified to run activity sessions and will always proceed in a manner to limit risk of injury, however participants must accept that accidents and injury may occur.
LIABILITY TO YOU
Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga accepts responsibility for ensuring that the retreat that you booked are supplied as described and that the services are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard. We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers. However, we will not be liable where any failure in the performance of the contract is due to: you; or a third party unconnected with the provision of the travel arrangements and where the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable or unusual and beyond our control.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform a member of our team immediately, who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you must advise us in writing on your return within 28 days giving your booking reference number and other relevant information. If you do not follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were on holiday and this may affect your rights in bringing a claim against us. Please note that we cannot guarantee the proportion of male/female in any group, not be responsible for the individual behaviour of any group member or other guest at your accommodation.
PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas and any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you do not have the correct documents to travel.
Permission is given for participants contact details to be entered onto the Yoga with Zoe and Zenspace Yoga Retreats database and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information will not be forwarded to third parties.
This questionnaire has been designed to help you to enjoy your yoga retreat safely. All information given will remain private and confidential.
